Betty Bofinger Brown
Betty Bofinger Brown was adopted by John N. Bofinger and the Bofinger family and grew up in St. Louis Missouri. Betty was deeply interested in church and civic activities. Betty Bofinger Brown endowed the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. The specialization at the school includes general casework and hospital social work. Betty helped secure the future of Washington University in St. Louis by donating a substantial sum of money to help build Brown Hall.
